First Punjab Modaraba (FPM) was established in the year 1992 and is being managed by Punjab Modaraba Services (Pvt) Ltd., a wholly owed subsidiary of The Bank of Punjab. FPM’s principal business activities encompass providing Modaraba finances, Musharika finances, Lease finance, purchase & sales of shares/ Securities and other related business in accordance with the injunction of Shari’ah. The Board of Directors and management include senior bankers having foreign as well as domestic banking experience.
