The Information Technology Department (ITD), an autonomous body with the mission to “develop IT as a major sphere of economic activity, and promote its use in the public and private sectors for increasing efficiency and competitiveness awarded the contract to Acrologix for the Computerization of Punjab Co-operative Department Phase – 1.

The main objectives of the project are ;

• An integrated computerized system to automate all basic activities of various sections of PCD
• The infrastructure of e-offices in the Department
• Computer based file systems instead of physical file system
• Cost Effectiveness and Savings to the Government

• Record and maintain sensitive data relating to different aspects
